Once we receive the required menu, ingredient and allergen information, we will continue supporting your setup until your first menu draft, QR menu, printable PDF, kitchen matrix and staff sheet are ready for restaurant review.

Your restaurant remains responsible for reviewing and approving all ingredient, supplier, allergen and cross-contact information before publication.

Core includes a 30-day self-service trial. Professional access is available through the guided founding pilot — apply on the Founding Pilot page.

Yes. Our payment provider collects card details at checkout so your subscription can activate automatically at the end of the trial. You will not be charged during the trial and you can cancel one-click before it ends.

If you do nothing, your subscription starts on the plan you chose at checkout. Cancel at any time from your billing page before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

Self-service setup is free on every plan. Assisted Launch (€199) covers one initial food menu, basic branding, QR menu, printable PDF, kitchen matrix, staff sheet and one review session. Assisted Launch is included at no charge for accepted Founding Restaurant Pilot restaurants. Full Menu Migration and Multi-site Onboarding are quoted individually.

No. Crumb provides tools for organising, reviewing and publishing menu and allergen information. The restaurant remains responsible for verifying ingredients, suppliers, preparation methods and cross-contact risks.

The restaurant can choose Core, Professional or finish without subscribing. Standard Professional pricing is €69 per month or €690 per year unless a separate written offer has been approved.

Roadmap features are planned enhancements and may change before release. They are not guaranteed current-plan functionality unless explicitly marked as available.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, with prorated billing on the current cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. If a downgrade would exceed the new plan's venue limit we prevent you from publishing additional venues until you resolve it — we never delete restaurant data.

Published menus stay live for 30 days after cancellation so your guests never hit a broken link. You can export menus, ingredients and allergen data as PDF or JSON at any time.

Yes. Annual Solo plans are billed as ten months paid up front — the equivalent of two months free versus the same plan billed monthly.

Yes. Duo (2 venues), Group (3–15) and Enterprise (16+) options are available. Groups get shared ingredient libraries, per-venue branding, cross-venue oversight and multi-site onboarding options where required.
