Refund policy.

§1Who you’re buying from
Crumb is operated by Aleksandar Opsenica (sole trader), trading as Crumb (“Crumb”, “we”, “us”). This policy applies to all paid Crumb subscriptions purchased through our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.
§214-day free trial
Every new Crumb subscription includes a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends from the billing page in your workspace and you will pay nothing.
§330-day money-back guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with Crumb after your first billed month, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid charge. We’ll refund the most recent payment — including any VAT or sales tax collected by Paddle — to your original payment method.
After the first 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for change of mind, but you can cancel at any time and your workspace stays active until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation is one click from the billing page or the customer portal.
§4Annual plans and renewals
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first paid charge on each subscription, including the initial annual charge. Annual renewals are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds — we send a renewal reminder by email beforehand so you can cancel in time. Mid-term cancellation of an annual plan ends auto-renewal but is not pro-rated; your workspace stays active until the end of the paid period.
§5How to request a refund
Our order process and refund handling are conducted by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles all customer service enquiries relating to payments and returns. To request a refund:
- Go to paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout. Paddle will email you a secure link to manage your subscription and request a refund; or
- Email us at billing@crumb.menu from the email address on your account and we’ll raise the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, typically within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
§6Failed payments and involuntary cancellation
If a renewal payment fails, Paddle will retry the charge over several days and notify you by email. We’ll show a “Payment failed” banner in your workspace with a link to update your payment method. If the payment is not recovered within the retry window, the subscription is cancelled and the workspace is suspended. You can re-subscribe at any time to restore access; your menu data is kept for 30 days after suspension (see our Terms).
§7Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us at billing@crumb.menu before opening a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most issues are resolved faster directly. If a chargeback is filed, the affected workspace may be suspended pending resolution. Fraudulent or repeated chargebacks may result in termination under our Terms.
§8Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law, including the right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection rules where it applies. For full details on payment, billing, tax, and refund mechanics, see the Paddle Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms.
