- How fast do you reply?
- Sales replies within one business day. Support replies within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, Irish and UK business hours.
- Do you offer phone support?
- We handle support over email and shared docs so every change is logged against your menu. Scheduled calls are available for Studio and Enterprise plans.
- Do you support restaurants outside Ireland?
- Yes. Crumb is built around EU 1169/2011 allergen rules and is used across Ireland, the UK, and the EU. Menus can be published in English, Italian, Spanish, French, and German.
- Where do I report a billing issue?
- Email hello@crumb.menu with your restaurant name and we will route it to the right person the same day.
- Can we trial Crumb on one venue first?
- Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial on a single venue — no card required. You can add venues later from your account.
