Crumb is a product-led team based in Dublin, serving restaurants across Ireland, the UK, and the EU. We aren't actively hiring today — but the door is open for people who understand restaurants from the inside and know how to ship software.
How we work
What to expect if we do talk
- We ship weekly. Every release is dated and public on the changelog. No stealth quarters.
- Remote across the EU. Dublin is our anchor; the team works asynchronously with a couple of overlapping hours.
- No recruiters, no whiteboards. We run a short, paid trial project on something real — the way you'd actually work.
- Restaurants first. Every decision is checked against a real service. If it doesn't help a kitchen or a guest, it doesn't ship.
- Small on purpose. Between 2 and 10 people. We'd rather grow slowly than dilute the craft.
Who we'd love to hear from
The rare overlap
Ten years in restaurant kitchens or floor management, plus real production code shipped. Front-of-house managers who moved into product. Chefs who taught themselves TypeScript. Sommeliers who build tools on the side. If that's you, write to us — even if we're not posting a role.
