Scope: one menu, on Assisted setup (€249) or guided onboarding. Additional menus, venues or a full migration are quoted separately. We need your ingredient and allergen information to start — the clock runs from when we receive it.
Your restaurant remains responsible for reviewing and approving all ingredient, supplier, allergen and cross-contact information before publication.

Yes. The examples page has guest menus you can open on your phone, and the operator demonstration walks a menu change through review, publication and the regenerated service documents. We don't publish restaurant names, logos or quotations without written permission, so those examples use example data rather than customer endorsements.

At the end of the trial nothing is charged. If you haven't chosen a plan, your published menus stay live for a short grace period, editing pauses, and nothing is deleted. No. Crumb provides tools for organising, reviewing and publishing menu and allergen information. The restaurant remains responsible for verifying ingredients, suppliers, preparation methods and cross-contact risks.
The restaurant can choose Core, Professional or finish without subscribing. Standard Professional pricing is €49 per month or €490 per year unless a separate written offer has been approved.
Roadmap features are planned enhancements and may change before release. They are not guaranteed current-plan functionality unless explicitly marked as available.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, with prorated billing on the current cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. If a downgrade would exceed the new plan's venue limit we prevent you from publishing additional venues until you resolve it — we never delete restaurant data.
Nothing is deleted. Published menus stay live, read-only, for a 7-day grace period so guests don't hit a broken link, and you can export menus, ingredients and allergen data as PDF or JSON at any time.
Yes. Every self-service plan billed yearly is ten monthly payments paid up front — the equivalent of two months free versus the same plan billed monthly.
Yes. Duo covers 2 venues self-service. From 3 venues upward we build a Groups plan around your estate — shared ingredient libraries, per-venue branding, cross-venue oversight and multi-site onboarding, scoped with us before you commit.
