Founding Restaurant Pilot
Bring your real menu into Crumb—with guided setup and support.
We are inviting a small number of independent restaurants and hospitality teams to test Crumb during real service. Crumb helps keep the guest menu, printable menu, kitchen allergen matrix and front-of-house staff sheet connected to one approved menu and ingredient source. Participating restaurants receive guided onboarding and assisted first-menu setup in return for structured feedback about the product and implementation experience.
A 30-day guided pilot with assisted first-menu setup. No setup fee for accepted pilot restaurants and no obligation to subscribe after. Standard Professional pricing afterwards is €69/month or €690/year.

- Professional product access during the pilot

Is the founding pilot right for your restaurant?
Suitable applicants may include:
- Independent restaurants
- Restaurant groups with two or more venues
- Hotel restaurants
- Gastro pubs
- Cafés with meaningful menu and allergen complexity
- Restaurants that change menus regularly
- Businesses currently maintaining multiple menu files
- Hospitality teams seeking clearer allergen and staff information

The pilot may not be suitable for businesses looking only for a basic QR-code generator or a temporary menu-hosting page.
What we need from participating restaurants
- A current menu file or accessible menu link
- Available ingredient and allergen information
- A named restaurant contact
- Time for one onboarding session
- Time to review and approve menu information
- Willingness to use Crumb during normal service
- Honest feedback about usability, onboarding and value
- Permission to collect anonymised product-usage information
- A final decision on whether the restaurant would continue using Crumb
Crumb does not independently verify supplier, ingredient, allergen or cross-contact information. The restaurant remains responsible for checking and approving all information before publication.
